Valentines with Sean
Valentine’s Day is over. Yes I had a date! I started it attending a mass at
5:00 pm then went to Sta. Lucia East Grandmall with Sean Kirk. Sean and I spent long time at World of Fun and he really had a good time playing and riding. Good thing that I can still follow him fast even without taking glucosamine hcl for he is a very active boy. Hehehehe We had a hearty meal at Reyes Barbecue where foods are yummy. And of course I also bought our favorite siomai to fill our tummy. It is nice to know that lot of people are still celebrating Heart’s Day be it with lovers, friends or family. How did you celebrate yours?
Ocean Park in Manila
I was able to visit Manila Ocean Park last February of this year when I accompanied my son on his fieldtrip. As I roamed inside the park I was mesmerized by all the different kind of sea creatures, by the gigantic size of aquariums and its cool ambiance in general. I wonder if this is how the Ocean Park in Hongkong looks like which I always dream to visit???
One attraction of the park is when you see scuba divers cleaning the
aquariums. Yes! It’s like they’re diving in the ocean. Bet they have a heap amount of aquarium and pond supplies to maintain the area. There’s only one thing I didn’t agree with their rule. The park has 2 floors, if you decided to exit the ground floor to the second floor, you can’t go back to the ground floor. What if you want to go back? You have to buy ticket again??? Why is that?
Time Flies Fast
Time flies so fast. I remember when I gave birth to a baby boy almost 6 years ago. He was so fragile and helpless that I can’t imagine he will turned to be soooooo active little boy. At three, he easily learned how to ride a bike (with balancers) but only took awhile to remove it and now doing some tricks.
At five, he can now ride a motorbike. Whew! Guess I have to get him a low cost term life insurance and a health card hehehehe…
Look at him now. He even washes his own bike. Isn’t it cute? Hmmm… I wonder what he can do 2 years from now???
Enchanted Kingdom: Magicalympics
It’s been four long years since I last visited Enchanted Kingdom in Sta. Rosa,
Laguna. On May 10, 2009, once again I had the chance to spend the day at EK. How? I was one of the Bloggers who were invited to visit and experience the magical place. Thanks to Raredog who requested Azrael to send me the invite.
We were there to experience the “Pasyal Pinoy Promo” and the “Magicalympics” of EK. We had this team building with 5 teams competing with 10 members each. It is similar to Amazing Race where we have to finish a task for the next pit stop. It was so tiring but really exciting, especially when I had to ride on those thrilling rides! My group got the 2nd place. Yipee!!!

2nd placer... Purple team
We also watched the summer special musical show entitled “Enchante’ Under the Sea”. It’s their production which I found very entertaining. The performers were great and the production is amazing. And of course the day won’t be complete without the fireworks display. Not to mention the nice and accommodating peeps of EK.

Enchante' Under the Sea Production
I brought along my 5-year-old son (it’s Mother’s Day) and her yaya (who’s also a mother) as my treat to them. My son was so happy and keeps on saying we have to go back to EK. J I’ll surely recommend this “magicalympics” to my company for our next team building activity. Thanks and more power to the management of Enchanted Kingdom.
