My Dream Summer Vacation

Boracay!!!  My dream summer vacation.  The picture shown is the perfect view for me.  I love the sunset as well as the sunrise.  I love the color blend of these times of the day. So relaxing…  Isn’t it lovely???  Glad that people nowadays are educated on how to keep our environment clean.  Some of us undergo green study especially the environmentalists.  Mall owners has their way of informing the public on keeping green environment by promoting green bags rather than plastic bags.  But this would be more effective if they give it for free, right? :D

How I wish I could visit this place the soonest time.  I’m sure Sean Kirk will enjoy the water and the scenery too.  I would like to experience it’s white sand, cool water and the night life…. Haaayyyy…. Ok time to go back to the real world :D

Paquiao Against Clottey

Once again Philippines will be as one as Manny “Pacman” Pacquiao will step into the ring again for a fight against Ghana’s great boxer Joshua Clottey on March 13, 2010 (March 14 in Manila) in Dallas, Texas.  I remember I watched his last fight with Miguel Cotto of Puerto Rico at the mall and witnessed the jumpacked and chaotic crowd when Pacman won the game.  I’m very sure that tv stands will be visible again in many clubs, malls, restaurants, barangays and other public and private places for people to watch the game of the pound for pound boxing king.  And once again, let’s pray for Manny to win this fight to bring pride to our country once more.  Goodluck Manny and God bless you.

Natural Disaster – Earthquake

After the 7.0 Haiti earthquake on January 12, 2010 where thousands of people died, here now the 8.8 Chile earthquake on February 27, 2010 followed where seven hundred already found dead and still in process of recovering bodies.  The Philippine government is also preparing for this disaster as the PHIVOLCS announced that it may happen to us too.  Better get a home insurance and an auto insurance quote for future use. After typhoon Ondoy, Filipinos became aware and educated on different precautions to do in such calamity.  Different agencies now are conducting some earthquake and fire drills for our readiness.  Tsunami is also one of the calamity that may arise in sea coast areas.  Good thing that residents in the area already know the signs of tsunami and the precaution to do after hearing the tsunami occured in Phuket, Thailand in 2004.  It is necessary to each and everyone of us to learn the precautionary measures so that we’re ready when these disaster/ calamities happened.
