Balikbayan College Friend
Last night I received a call from a familiar voice. Yes! a voice which I haven’t heard for years. I know I missed that voice, the voice from my close college friend! She arrived from the USA and we met this afternoon. It’s been a while that we haven’t talked so it’s been like we don’t like to part ways
She gave me some stuffs like perfume, chocolates, Dutch Master and a watch. Isn’t it cool?
She asked me to accompany her while she’s here. Bet we’ll go some places like malls and some sceneries. Guess I have to file leave from work to spend some days with her. Sure I will! I miss this gal a lot!
Hot Wheels
Sean got one of his dream toy! I bought this Hot Wheels Trick Track from his Christmas money last month. This only shows that Sean really has an enchantment with car. Since I can’t buy him a real car, for the meantime this is good enough. At least it doesn’t need an auto insurance
This comes in a set of tricky tracks and a sturdy car. At first I helped Sean to assemble the tracks to find out that it can be connected to another set of tracks. Mmmmm… this sounds bad for this toy is kinda expensive. I just hope Sean won’t ask for another set. Hehehe…

Baby in Mother’s Womb
In a beauty contest, you’ll always hear the contestants answering “The essence of a woman is being a mother”. I agree with that and it started when you carry a baby in your womb. You can’t explain the happiness and excitement of being pregnant. From the moment you knew it, you’ll start taking prenatal vitamins (but of course with your OBGyne’s prescription), shopping for baby’s needs, reading books on what to do while pregnant, everything for the welfare of the baby.
There is one regret that I had on my pregnancy with Sean. I didn’t knew it ’til I was in my 7th month. Don’t say that I’m naive or something, it’s just that my menstrual cycle is irregular and there was really no cravings for food like one conceiving feels. So it’s only almost 2 months that I took care of Sean while inside my womb. But I’m still thankful that Sean is in good health.
Fairly White Skin
There is one thing I can brag about me, my fairly white skin with rosy cheeks. It’s good thing that I didn’t need the best acne treatments ever. Especially in my teen years when pimples popped out on our face. Yes, I also had pimples but mine is only one or two pimps at a time. Don’t you think I’m lucky enough to have this type of skin? But of course I also have some skin problem, and one is I have noticeable pores! I heard a tip before to wash my face with icy cold water after washing/cleaning before bedtime. I haven’t done it yet but the person who advised me this really have a glowing skin and small pores like celebrities. Guess I will try this soon.
No to Animal Cruelty
I just received a forwarded email and I was horrified when I read it and saw
the pictures. There’s a country where people kill Calderon dolphins. For them it is somewhat like a celebration where the teens are the main participants to show that they are already matured/adult. They easily catch these species for they are friendly in nature. They get close to men to play and interact. Animal/nature activists must move fast like quicktrim to stop this dreadful doing. It is not wrong to follow ones culture but please be sure that it won’t do harm to anyone or anything.
