You know what my dream car is? A Ferrari!  Yes a blue Ferrari   A 2-door, 4-passenger luxury sports car, the 2009 Ferrari 612, Scaglietti F1  which costs $319,038.00 or 15,313,824 pesos.  Whew!   Of course I know it’s only a dream and I need a miracle to let it happen. Hey girl wake up!

Ok let’s go to reality… Any brand new or second hand car, just in good condition  which I can drive wherever I want to go.  But what if an assembled one with Ferrari parts in it.  Do you think it would be possible?  Hehehehe…

Hoping to have one soon.  I would like to have long drive again just like the old times.  But now with my son for he loves to travel too.

Why not…

As of this writing I am here in our room at the Development Authority of the Philippines (DAP), Tagaytay City, Philippines for a 3-day seminar on Financial Management System.  The venue is soothing cool, the climate I always wanted.  I’ve been in this hotel for the 2nd time and I found it comfortable to stay. Some of the rooms are under renovation now while the workers are in their safety products for accident prevention.

I’m planning to bring Sean here and roam around if I have time.  I’m sure he’ll love to visit Tagaytay Zoo again.  I’m hoping and praying that the seminar facilitators will give us enough time to go to  Picnic Grove and experience their new attractions Cable Car and Zip Line.

I wonder if I would like to live in a low-cost house which I can avail thru Pag-Ibig (a government agency who finances housing needs).  For me who’s a low-income earner, this would be ok than renting a house.  But I love to live in a manufactured home instead if I have the money.

I was surprised when someone told me that I can avail a low-cost housing with 500 pesos monthly amortization.  Yes!  You read it right. 500 Philippines pesos!  It was located somewhere in Teresa, Province of Rizal, Philippines.  These are foreclosed properties.  I will inquire about these housing pretty soon.  Bet just have to refurnish it and presto!  it would be like a brand new home.
