How to Lose Weight Fast on a Short Budget

Losing weight is one of the most difficult parts of life because it’s so easy to put on but not so easy to get off. Motivation, determination and perseverance are all essential components when you’re thinking about how to lose weight fast.

Many people start off with great intentions and find themselves either getting expensive gym memberships or equipment only to find they have run out of steam after a couple of months. The will power is also important when looking to lose weight therefore you need to keep yourself motivated at all times.

There are free and cheap ways to lose weight. Some tips are:

Walking

Walking is the easiest way to start exercising to lose weight all you need are a pair of sturdy boots and off you go. If you have been inactive for a long time start off slowly by going for a walk for five minutes then gradually build it up to at least half an hour a day. The faster you walk the more calorie shifting you’ll achieve. It is a good idea to pick a nice spot, such as the beach or a nice park and also vary your route so it is interesting preventing boredom.Another way to incorporate walking into your everyday life and routine is to walk more places – leave the car at home and either walk to work or if it’s too far, walk to friends and relatives houses rather than drive. If you are a stay at home mum with small children getting out with the buggy is good for both you and your baby.

Exercise Videos

These are some other low cost ways of losing weight fast without giving up your favorite foods. Here are several options:

* Exercise channels on cable TV
* Exercise DVDs which you can buy for a snip on the internet
* Free exercise videos on the internet on sites like YouTube

Home Remedies For Diarrhea

Diarrhea occurs when stools become loose and work without any consistency. It is an effective way to remove the undesirable substances from the body.

Diarrhea is a way for your body to remove a substance that is bad for it in a quick manner. You may find that other than diarrhea, you may also experience vomiting and fever. While it is helpful to efficiently purge the body of the foreign substance, it can cause dehydration. Dehydration is very dangerous, especially for children and older people. Should you also find blood or mucus in the stool, there could be a more serious reason for your digestive complaints.

The Journey-lyrics

A friend of mine requested me to post this. Since it is one of my favorite song too (I’m a fan of Lea Salonga)… This is for you Tina.

The Journey

by Lea Salonga

Half the world is sleeping
Half the worlds awake
Half can hear their hearts beat
Half just hear them break

I am but a travler
Been most everywhere
Ask me what you want to know

Chorus:
What a journey it has been
And the end is not in sight
But the stars are out tonight
And theyre bound to guide my way
When theyre shining on my life
I can see your better day
I wont let the darkness in
What a journey it has been

I have been to sorrow
I have been to bliss
Where Ill be tomorrow
I can only guess
Through the darkest desert
Through the deepest snow
Foward, always foward I go

(repeat chorus)

Bridge:
Foward, always foward
Onward, always up
Catching every drop of hope
In my empty cup

(repeat chorus)

What a journey it has been
