Holiday Shoppings

People doing their Holiday shoppings scattered all over the place.  Be at the malls and bazaars.  Christmas and New Year are the most celebrated holidays here in the Philippines.  People in all walks of life are doing shoppings for gifts and foods.  But let me remind you… whenever you do our shopping errands with the whole family, be sure to secure your home.  Double check the door lock before you go.  You know, bandits are also all over the place and waiting their chance to attack.  :(

Christmas Gift for Sean

Thinking a Christmas gift for Sean Kirk isn’t hard.  Just give him toys… that’s it.  Guess most of the kids all over the world are like my son.  :D  We were one of them when we were kids, aren’t we?  Not only little boys love toys, nowadays there are toys for big boys, but mostly toys that are collectibles.
Christmas shoppers are now in every corner of the street.
Only says that Christmas is so near.  Good thing that we already received our 13th month bonus so we can still catch up the big sales at the malls.  But  I hope that we won’t forget the reason why we celebrate this season.  Let’s not
forget to greet our Lord Jesus Christ on His birthday and thank Him for all our blessings we had received.

All Saints Day

So tired.  Just came home from cemetery to celebrate All Saint’s Day.  I
started the day cooking and preparing foods to bring and to share with
my family.  The weather was terrific.  I wished I brought our cashmere
sweaters as the climate is cold (I love it).  We’re supposed to go home
early in the morning but had to go home earlier as my son’s class resume
tomorrow.  I have to wake up early for him.  It’s working holiday
tomorrow, so maybe I’ll grab it :)  Need some rest from a hard-weekend
chores.

Happy Teachers Day

Today is World Teachers Day!  Time to commemorate our teachers who made the biggest part of who we are now, the modern heroes of today.  When we held our Flag Raising last Monday, our Schools Division Superintendent reminded us the said event.  She asked some of us who our favorite teachers are.  One said her kindergarten teacher (same with me, Mrs. Crisanta Motos) and the other said her College professor.
Teaching is not an easy job.  That’s for sure.  After the whole day dealing with unruly students, still have to do lesson plans at night.  Teaching should be a continous learning.  In this tough job, teachers must read wrinkle cream reviews to prevent those frowned face.

Christmas is Coming

Jingle bells, Jingle bells, Jingle all the way… Silent night, Holy night… Silver Bells, Silver bells, it’s Christmas time in the city… We can now hear Christmas songs over the radio and at the malls.  It’s already September and usuallychristmas preparation starts at this month.  Sales start in most of the malls and if you have money, why not grab the chance to buy Christmas gifts and decorations such as red led christmas lights for our Christmas trees at discounted price.  Do you think it’s the perfect time to do the shopping?
