My Masterpiece

I am so proud of myself after seeing the output of my hard work in making my cousin’s wedding invitation cards.  I was requested to do 70 invites as my wedding gift to the new couple.  They just get married last July 16 and I am so grateful that I became part of their wedding.  To you Randy and Erlene… best wishes and may our Almighty Father always bless you and guide you in your everyday life together.

Thank You

We just celebrated my mom’s “76th” birthday!  We are very grateful that she went out of the hospital before her birthday.  What a wonderful gift from up above.  She is now recovering well from her surgery, thank God.  We spent exactly 2 weeks in Amang Rodriguez Memorial Medical Center in Marikina City and generally I can say that their services are satisfactory.  Nurses and doctors are so courteous and sympathetic so with the utility men. I think I have to give them thank you cards as well as to the people who gave their support financially and morally to my mom.  In behalf of my family,  from the bottom of our hearts, we thank you all. :)

Femoral Fracture

I am writing at this moment at Amang Rodriguez Memorial MedicalCenter(ARMMC) in Marikina watching my mom since May 22(Sunday).  She has been suffering from femoral fracture and will undergo surgery hopefully on Monday at 7 am if she will be given clearance.  Supposedly today but she was not given clearance due to her hypertension.

I am hoping for her surgery at the soonest time possible because she’s been suffering from pain.  You know it’s also hard for us who watch her because we lack some sleep which might cause us adult acne or pimples.  But I don’t care, what I care most is my mom’s successful surgery.  Please help me pray for her successful operation and fast recovery.

First Wedding Entourage

I was so excited when a friend of mine who’s about to get married gave me a call and ask me if she can get Sean as their ring bearer.  But of course no second word from her I said yes….
The wedding was held last May 21 (which also the day predicted to be the judgement day by one religious sector in America.  Thank God that it didn’t happen.  It’s truly that God only knows) at Our Lady of Peace church in Taguan, Candelaria, Quezon Province.
I was very proud of my son for he was well behaved on that day.  Knowing that he’s really a playful lad. Our heart-to-heart talk worked!  He’s really cute in a barong :)  To you Dennes and Josephine… Best wishes!  May your marriage lasts forever… God bless you both and we love you!

Sean’s Achievement

Right after the recognition rite of Sean’s school, Dee Hwa Liong Academy, we, parents got their report cards right away.  Sean didn’t receive any special awards but finishing first grade with an average grade is good enough for me.  I know the adjustments he had that’s why I am very proud of him with his grades.   But hopefully he’ll do better next school year. :D
