Drinking Safe Water
drinks mineral water, distilled water or purified water? Is it because tap water from Manila Waters and Maynilad isn’t safe to drink? I don’t think so. Still lots of people drink directly from their faucets. Maybe people who can afford to buy bottled water only wants safer water. How much does it cost? It costs me 120.00 a month. Me and Sean consumed 1 5-gallon container a week and with a low-income earner it would be just another burden. There’s another way to drink safer water… it is by using reverse osmosis water filter as it removes a broad range of contaminants. Water from home filter isn’t just safe to drink but also it gives healthier water. So it is worth buying even it’s a little pricey. I think it would be my next project. Shamcey Supsup the 3rd-runner up in 2011 Miss Universe. Beauty and Brain are the best adjectives to describe her. She graduated Valedictorian in Elementary, Salutatorian in High School, finished Architecture as Magna Cum Laude in University of the Philippines and a topnatcher in board exam. That is Shamcey!!! Whew! And now she want to pursue a masteral degree. I’m sure most of us will agree that she should be the one who won the pageant but as she said we must accept that Miss Angola won the crown and we should be happy for her because if she’s the one who won she wants the whole universe to be happy for her too. And for that I admire her more for being so humble and sports.
She will be back home very soon and there will be 3 hero’s welcome for her one from General Santos city where she was born, one in Makati City and one in Cainta, Rizal where she is now residing (we live in the same town) To you Shamcey…. Congratulations and thank you for giving pride to our country.
Natural Disaster
We can’t stop natural disaster and that’s a fact. We can’t control typhoon, earthquake, twister, hurricane, volcanic eruptions and the like. But have you ever heard of “sun storms”? This is my first time to encounter this word. I read it in Yahoo News and it’s kinda alarming. As it was explained, “there have been large explosions from the sun over the past few days and sun storms are set to hit the earth”. And if hits our mother earth which said to be in year 2013, it could knock out communications and leave thousands without power for weeks to months.I will not wait for this catatrophe’, instead I would rather wait a red envelope free shipping. Since ”ber” months would start next motnh and Christmas is just around the corner, money inside the red envelope will do.
